$25 per hour, minimum 1hr, most of the issues can be fixed in this time. Maximum 4hrs to fix major issues like full backup, OS install and restores.
We will quote you before we start work, so no surprises.

No charge if we cannot fix the issue
Free repair if the same issue recurs with in 30 days, so you have peace of mind.
If we cant fix it we provide you best possible advise at no charge
